After the morning news revealed where Star Trek was doing some very large outdoor filming, everybody's favorite paparazzi over at JFX Online showed up at the scene, cameras in hand. And it was there that they caught shots of John Cho practicing his Sulu moves on the massive ice set. In a space suit. With a sword. Potential spoilers inside.
JFX also has clearer shots of the massive ship set built on the LAPD training facility parking lot. While the shots are nice and crisp, they still don't give any clue as to what the set is.
