The Helena Chronicles to be released on New Years Day
Written by Derek Kessler on Tuesday, 11 December 2007
Star Trek: The Helena ChroniclesThe latest production from Hidden Frontier, Star Trek: The Helena Chronicles, will finally be released on January 1st, 2008. The series pilot, titled 'Sanctuary Lost,' finished filming in November. We will be reintroduced to the U.S.S. Helena and her captain, Theresa Faisal (Sharon Savene), both of which we first met in 'The Orphans of War.' Like Star Trek: Odyssey, The Helena Chronicles will be based off of Homer's classic epic Odyssey, and the two will cross story lines often.

Several behind-the-scenes videos and interviews with the cast have been put together and are available for download from the Hidden Frontier website. Additionally, a preview of 'Santuary Lost' is on the HF website. Joanne Busch and David W. Dial will be reprising their roles from Hidden Frontier as Commander Robin Lefler and Admiral Ian Knapp.

What a way to ring in the new year!
