 In a bit of pre-news here, tomorrow will bring us two sessions with Star Trek folks at Comic Con 2007 in San Diego.
The first will be from 12:30 to 1:30, a panel with TOS Remastered folks on the impending release of the TOS-R HD DVD set. On stage will be Rod Roddenberry and Billy Blackburn (who shot a lot of 'home movies' on the TOS set), along with some other CBS DVD division folks. Also of interest will be a panel from 1:30 to 3:30 presented by Paramount Pictures (and subordinates Dreamworks and Nickelodeon). On stage will be Neil Gaiman, Roger Avary, Andy Samberg, and JJ Abrams - who is expected to unveil the casting for Star Trek XI and will more than likely face many questions over his mystery film Cloverfield/1-18-08. Also to be talked about: Beowulf, The Spiderwick Chronicles, Stardust, Hot Rod, Iron Man, and Indiana Jones.
