What is E-Day? It is a massive Save Enterprise event planned for August 5, 2007. Though it is one project, it is perhaps most clearly explained as two projects taking place on the same day because of its dual purposes. There will be personal-level activities, like the ongoing postcard campaign, as well as an online event with chats and contests!
The first part of E-Day will be a wave of Save Enterprise activities to be undertaken by as many people as possible. Though you can do anything you want so long as it's good for our cause, we have three sanctioned and prepared activities: Letters, Postcards, and an SE info pack - all to be sent to CBS. You can find links to all activity threads below.
The second is to be a online festival of all things Star Trek: Enterprise, a way for people from all over the world to remember and celebrate an excellent show, as well as a way to reward all the patient fans who have supported SE through thick and thin. All Enterprise fans are welcome to participate. As before, you can do whatever you wish to celebrate Enterprise on E-day but we do have planned activities for all. We are planning two contests (a SE avatar competition and an essay competition) and a number of live chats to take place in TrekUnited's chat room.
E-day activities are still under development, so stay tuned for more updates and feel free to offer your own suggestions. There are still a couple of things we would like to have, like Enterprise fan fiction for the info pack, and more creative postcard designs.
