New Voyages announces premiere date and events for "World Enough and Time"
Written by Derek Kessler on Wednesday, 27 June 2007
The time has come, the premiere date has been announced for Star Trek: New Voyages latest episode "World Enough and Time": August 23, 2007. Fans can join George Takei, James Cawley, Marc Zicree, Michael Reaves, and many others behind this outstanding Star Trek production to watch the premiere as it is happening via streaming video. Executive Producer James Cawley commented on the event on the New Voyages forum, "…the cool part is that we will be doing a live premiere event with George Takei in Beverly Hills, Ca. and you all will be able to watch it live via streaming video at startreknewvoyages.com! After the gala you will be able to view the episode right along with us in real time!" This is an unprecedented event for Star Trek: New Voyages and it seems appropriate for this exceptional episode.

"World Enough and Time" is truly a New Voyages like fans have never seen before. One of the final edits of the episode was premiered for the cast and crew during the filming of "Blood and Fire." The end credits rolled to the sound of applause, whistles, and cheers from those lucky enough to see the sneak peek. Cawley asked the crowd to rate it on a scale of one to ten. The crowd overwhelmingly responded "ten," with a few shouts of "eleven" mixed in. Additional details will be announced over the next few weeks regarding the premiere event and how fans can participate. Keep checking back here for the latest news.
