Poker Faced Trek Fan
Written by Richard Anderson on Monday, 24 July 2006

TrekUnitedOur UK readers might be aware of the seven day quiz show, which was shown on ITV last week. Poker Face took 36 contestants, and placed six on the show everyday, for six days, over one week. The winning six would face each other on the seventh day, and the winner would recieve £1m. Sarah Lang, aged 31, from Newport in South Wales, gladly accepted the winning sum, and has said she wants to buy a plot of land on the Moon.

Sarah Lang is a self-confessed "geek" and wants to visit "a big Trekkie convention in the US, and dress up." She won the cash simply by answering a few general knowledge questions, and bluffing her way through the game.

She has also said she would like to take her two sons to Disneyland, and maybe buy her husband a motorcycle.
