Late last night, at approximately 25:30 hours local time, a series of explosions ripped through the Denobulan capitol city, Dwassan. At this time the Denobulan Internal Security Ministry has not issued a statement of findings on the explosions, but according to sources inside the DSA, the explosions were powered by powerful dicobalt explosives. The explosions, which appear to have been pre-placed bombs, were detonated in locations throughout the city, including the Denobulan Exterior Security Ministry (DESM) and the popular Kaybin nightclub district, which was filled with an estimated 90,000 revelers at the time of the attack.

Review: Odyssey 1x04 - 'Vile Gods'
Written by Derek Kessler on Wednesday, 21 May 2008
Star Trek: OdysseyStar Trek: Odyssey is slowly moving into a strong series in its own right. The latest entry into the fan film series, titled ‘Vile Gods,’ sets a new bar in the quality of story told by writers Eric Weaver and PK Eiselt. ‘Vile Gods’ doesn’t come across as preachy as the previous episode of Odyssey, and it gets back to the truth of how dangerous a place the Andromeda Galaxy really is. As they say, keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.

Written by Akuba Mansa on Sunday, 06 April 2008
Dispatches from the Romulan WarTensions Rise Across CoP
Akuba Mansa - Earth News Network
January 23, 2157

Over the past few weeks, Coalition governments have stopped releasing new information about the war with Romulus. While some defense analysts have speculated that this is because there is no new information to release, this has done little to lessen people's apprehension. In fact, the lack of information has spurred unrest among CoP worlds, with fears that information is being deliberately withheld, or that the Romulans are preparing for another attack.

Written by Derek Kessler on Wednesday, 26 March 2008
Star Trek: The Helena ChroniclesThe crew of the U.S.S Helena is back, this time headed out to Hell’s Gate. Well, not literally to Hell, but to a rather unsavory place with the very same name. This is the second episode of Hidden Frontier’s Star Trek: The Helena Chronicles, released earlier this week. Like all Hidden Frontier productions, it’s not the best of television, but it’s still entertaining enough, and they put heart into it, so what more can you ask? And it’s free, so that’s a plus.
