While we wait for Renegade Studios to sort out the technical issues that delayed this part weekend's launch of Walter Koenig's InAlienable, we at TrekUnited are pleased to be able to deliver to you an exclusive look at the preview trailer. InAlienable follows the story of Eric Norris (played by Richard Hatch) as he copes with an alien parasite that could very well be his own child and the government's efforts to save humanity from the threat they believe it poses. Sure, he might not have donned the ears on the big screen just yet, and he's going to have another birthday before Star Trek (2008) finally does premiere, but that doesn't mean we can't wish him a happy 60th birthday anyway! Cross made his first big break in Chariots of Fire, and has never been one for taking on big commercial roles, instead starring in a number of smaller esoteric movies. While we wait until Christmas 2008 to see him as Sarek, you can catch Ben in films such as When Nietzsche Wept, Species: The Awakening, and the BBC's Hannibal (alongside Alexander Siddig). |

Our favorite perpetual Ensign turns 39 today! Garrett, who portrayed Ensign Harry Kim for all seven years of Star Trek: Voyager's run, has appeared in several independent films since Voyager went off the air in 2001, including The Auteur Theory with Armin Shimerman. In 2005 he appeared in the Steven Spielberg-produced miniseries Into the West, and coming up later this month you’ll be able to see him in Star Trek: Of Gods and Men. |

Time for a reminder: Walter Koenig's InAlienable is set to premiere on Saturday, December 15th. The original motion picture was written by Walter Koenig, directed by Robert Dyke, produced by Sky Conway, and stars a number of Star Trek veterans, including Marina Sirtis, Alan Ruck, and J.G. Hertzler, in addition to Richard Hatch, Courtney Peldon, and Erick Avari. InAlienable is riding the wave of technology by debuting exlusively online, and for a mere $2.99 a showing. TrekUnited also has obtained photos from the InAlienable set, viewable inside. |

We at TrekUnited would like to extend a Happy Birthday to powerhouse actor Christopher Plummer, who portrayed the Shakespeare-quoting General Chang in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, and to the rest of the world is famous as Captain Von Trapp from 1965's The Sound of Music. Plummer, who has been keeping busy with several small budget and release films like Closing the Ring and Man in the Chair, turns 78 today. |
