William ShatnerThe original Captain James T. Kirk turns seventy-seven years young today, and he's still working hard. Sure, he may not be in Star Trek (2009), but he's still starring in ABC's Boston Legal, having numerous tongue-in-cheek performances as 'The Negotiator' in commercials for travel service Priceline, and making his mark in the world of philantropy by raising money for wounded war veterans. Jolene Blalock on typcasting
Written by Derek Kessler on Friday, 29 February 2008
Jolene BlalockWith her role as the Vulcan Subcommander turned Starfleet Commander T'Pol on Star Trek: Enterprise as her first big part, model/actress Jolene Blalock has fallen victim to a phenomenom that has dogged many a Trek star: typecasting.
