This week, the fans of Star Trek are encouraged to participate in the preparation of the postcard campaign to Sci Fi Channel. The organizers are hoping to persuade the Sci Fi Channel (the new home of syndicated Star Trek: Enterprise reruns) to negotiate with CBS Corporation for the continued production of new episodes of Enterprise. We are asking everyone to choose their favorite ‘slogans’ for use on the postcards to kick off the mailing phase of the resurgent campaign. |

We hope you enjoyed celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Star Trek, wherever you were. Now that they are out of the way, it's that time of year again - The TrekUnited Official Meet 2006. We will once again be returning to Starbase Indy in Indianapolis, where we hope to have the biggest international TU meet yet, with members from right across the globe making the unprecidented effort to show thier face at Starbase Indy. Members from Germany, Australia, Ireland, Canada and England, as well as the USA. We are so excited by what the convention has to offer this year, and we want you to enjoy it with us. |

For your pleasure, enjoyment and participation, we bring you a special chat with NASA safety engineer, Tim Kassebaum, who will be joining us this Saturday from 8pm EDT. We know how some of you love to organise space chats in our chat rooms, so we have brought Tim along to chat with you. So please join us for questions, and answers, and just a general discussion about the final frontier. |

We are proud to announce the next edition of TrekUnited's newsletter, HFO 15, is available for you to download. HFO has had a facelift, one which we hope you will love as much as we do. It's not quite finished yet, but we felt it was at a worthy stage to bring to you. Look out for more changes on the way. In addition, after sending out the notification on our mailing list, we noticed an error in the link. However, clicking the link in the message will still direct you to the latest edition, so happy reading. |

"Oh, now, be honest, Captain... warrior to warrior... you do prefer it this way, don't you? As it was meant to be. No peace in our time. Once more unto the breach... dear friends."
