As you may have read, Save Enterprise is instituting a change in direction and taking on a greater breadth of Enterprise fandom. The first way will be with the beginning of what has been termed the "Interactive Season Five." Essentially, it is a fan-driven, post-based, role-playing fifth season to be played out on the TrekUnited Forum. Each episode will be given a basic plot at the outset, but how the story evolves and ultimately ends is entirely based on the actions of the players. Current planned storylines include a visit to Denobula, a temporal cold war story, and of course plots relating to the Romulan war. |

Many inside and outside of Save Enterprise have lobbied for us to shift focus away from campaigning and become more of an Enterprise fan site. We listened. Though we will not halt our efforts to see a return of the show those goals will be pushed to the sidelines somewhat so that we can put more effort into promotion and creation of fan productions such as the Enterprise: Temporal Cold War mod and our own Interactive Season Five. |

It has been confirmed, James Cawley and the cast and crew responsible for the hit fan-made series Star Trek: New Voyages will be in attendance at FedConUSA next June.
New Voyages has enjoyed incredible success among fans as the premiere fan film, a continuation of the original Star Trek. They have snared guest stars such as Walter Koenig and in their most recent episode, George Takei. Fans have praised the evolving acting, spectacular sets, and modern special effects - as well as the telling of stories that couldn't be told during Star Trek's original run.
Also coming will be Jack Marshall, the visual effects coordinator behind the popular Sci Fi Channel series Battlestar Galactica. Marshall was also the executive producer for the first two episodes of New Voyages. |

E-day has been referred to as an online Star Trek: Enterprise convention, nowhere is the similarity more evident than when one considers the planned live chats. Save Enterprise is pleased to announce we have finalized our schedule for chats on E-day (August 5). We think the selection of topics should be wide enough to excite any Enterprise fan. Remember that all Enterprise fans are welcome to participate whether or not they have supported SE. |

What is E-Day? It is a massive Save Enterprise event planned for August 5, 2007. Though it is one project, it is perhaps most clearly explained as two projects taking place on the same day because of its dual purposes. There will be personal-level activities, like the ongoing postcard campaign, as well as an online event with chats and contests! |
