FREEKON
VULKON HAS CANCELED/POSTPONED
Vulkon has CANCELED/POSTPONED their Indianapolis convention held over Thanksgiving weekend.
The information was first found on the Casey Biggs and Enterprise Blues Band website forum.
We know many people were planning on coming to this convention with or without Vulkon. SO, after talking to the hotel, we are prepared to offer a FREEKON on SATURDAY (11/29) ONLY!
This will be a relax-a-con.. with emphasis on the relax.

This event is completely FREE.
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?
Well, the hotel was generous enough to "give" us this space so please thank them by reserving a room.
And, if you are going to attend the Barfleet party, we would rather you spend the night.
Remember, a hotel room is cheaper than a DUI!!!
Other aspects that would help is to GET THE WORD OUT!
We really need to let people know that although there will not be a full fledge convention,
us die-hards will be there with our "freak-on." Be sure to email your friends and post on the boards.

We have been trying to bring in some talent but they all want to know how many people are coming.
My phone has been ringing off the hook with people asking questions or wanting to help.
To help us better plan, designate one person in your group to email us a head count.
