    Ok...it is not too difficult....
    Draw down on your username on the top right of the page...to "My Profile"
    Then go to Edit profile (about 2 inches under your user name)
    On the left click on "change Avatar"
    Then you can either use your browser or simply put the http// address of a photo in the "Gravatar" window.
    Good...
