I woul be extremly happy, if Paramount decide to make a DS9 movie (or DS9 miniseries).

While I would be thrilled with this, I believe Ira Steven Behr has already stated his disinterest in doing more on screen DS9 and has even endorsed the relaunch books as the true continuation of the story. If you're looking for new DS9, they're probably you're only resource.

Don't be pesimistic! :)

Everything is possible with big and strong DS9 movie campaign.

P.S. Manny Coto can write screenplay for DS9 movie.

I don't know... I really liked the way that they wrapped up the series, and I'm not sure DS9 would work very well in a feature anyway. I guess it would depend on getting the orginal writers back and minimizing the involvement of the Beebs.

Don't get me wrong, I like Manny Coto and think he is brilliant for what Enterprise has become, but Ira Steven Behr is really what made DS9 the great show it was. Manny Coto would do a good job, but it just wouldn't be the same without Ira Steven Behr.

a ds9 movie would be really great
bring back sisko from the worm hole

also i agree what ira steven behr really did for ds9 was outstanding!

assumption what if:
we would not reach the goal BUT there would be a ENT movie
and after this there would be season 5,6,7!

if we wouldn't reach our goal to save ENT, i think that is sensible to try get DS9 movie/or miniseries

A DS9 movie would be great, it'd be cool to see Sisko return. I wish they had done this ever since the show ended in 1999. I wonder if Avery Brooks, Nana Visitor, Michael Dorn, and crew are interested in reprising their roles.

I don't think a Voyager crossover would work - it would have to be purely ds9. The question is, would it be set before or after Sisko's death?
What I would have found fascinating for the Dominion War would have been an episode told entirely from the Dominion's point of view. That would have been really great.
The truth is usually just an excuse for lack of imagination.

I OWN ALL SEVEN SEASONS ON DVD AND I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A MOVIE AS WELL. I HEARD THROUGH THE GRAPE VINE THAT THEY WERE THINKING ABOUT DOING A SHOW ABOUT THE CHEIF AT STAR FLEET ACADMEY AS AN INSTRUCTOR. HELL THAT WOULD BE GREAT TO SEE AS WELL. I HAVEN'T SEEN MANY OF THESE PEOPLE IN ANYTHING ELSE SINCE DS9. DID THEY ALL JUST FALL OFF THE FACE OF THE PLANET?

SISKO NEVER DIED. THE PROFITS ARE TAKING CARE OF HIM HE HAS TO COME BACK TO DO MORE THINGS. HE IS RESTING RIGHT NOW ACCORDING TO THE VERY LAST EPISODE OF THE SHOW.

WHY WOULDN'T IT WORK? THEY COULD BRING BACK SISKO TO DO SOMETHING ELSE FOR THE PROFITS. HECK MAYBE SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE IT COULD BE BASED. HE COMES BACK AND COMPLETES SOMETHING BIG AGAIN OR DO A COUPLE OF MOVIES ABOUT THAT. THEY COULD GO ALOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS WITH THE SHOW. I WONDER IF THE WRITERS OR PRODUCERS OR DIRECTORS FROM THE SHOW EVER LOOK AT THESE COMMENTS OR EVEN KNOW ABOUT THE WEBSITE. I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT THE SITE BECAUSE I SAW IT IN PICTURES ON STAR TREK .COM.

As a huge DS9 and Jadzia fan I'd be very happy to see a movie made of it. Truely happy. :taz:

While I'd like to see a DS9 movie, I think it's pretty unlikely to happen.

I'm still holding out hope for some sort of TV reunion someday though.

The talks has it as Prequel 150 years before Capt James T. Kirk. If you believe every you read. I heard the "Enterprise" is in storage in the area of DS9 set.
