I'll have to go with Distant Origin. It's one of the few episodes that didn't go out of it's way to give Beltran a sucky script.

I'd say it would come down to either Unity or Nemesis...

Unity reintroduced the Borg before all that Seven of Nine came hype and gave Chakotay a pivotal role in the story.

Likewise Nemesis gave us an idea of what Chakotay must have been like as a freedom fighter during the Maquis struggle against the Cardassians...

I still think the makers of Predator have a case for suing Paramount for the alien make-up in this show though...! :P

"Nemesis" was probably my favorite, with "The Fight" and "Unforgetable" as close second and third. I really liked "In the Flesh", it has to be one of my most favorite Voyager Episodes, but it's not really a Chakotay episodes.

Alright, I don't know what this one is called but it's when Janeway and Chekotay are bitten by a bug on a planet, and they get a disease. They had to stay on the planet, why I don't know because they seemed better than ever with the disease. So I call the episode Sexy Vacation Disease. I don;t know if that is exactly a Chekotay episode but it's my favorite with him in it. There was also a monkey on the planet, and sudden storms.
