Any episode with a lot of Tuvok in it is a winner. He's taken over from the doctor as my favourite character. I like the one where he mind-melds with the psycho then becomes one himself - a pity they suddenly cure him in time for the end credits. Another favourite is the flashback to the Excelsior with Captain Janeway. That episode rocks on many levels.

I would have to say Flashback was my favorite; I really enjoyed seeing the Excelsior again.
