I thought Juggernaut was pretty good. Basically an hour-long Crowning Moment of Awesomeness for the character. She seems to own a part of herself, own her temper that little bit more than she did before, she finds some way to cool down and deal with the problem. She's alert to the realities, the injustice and foolishness of the way the Maelon operate, the danger that these operations pose and yet, unlike the wild young woman who screamed of Janeway in Caretaker "who is she to be making these decisions for all of us?", she steps back and deals with the problems that befall the Away Team pragmatically, though she must struggle at it.
I did think the thing at the beginning with Tom about him moaning how she always lost her temper was a bit patronising though, both to sign-post her character arch for the story and to under-pin the fact that he expects her to change for him and the expectations he has for her rather than addressing any of the issues that might have generated those arguments in the first place, or accepting that aggression is fundamental to a Klingon's identity, its just how they use that aggression that's the issue. And it doesn't hurt that despite the fact that Roxann Dawson spends most of the episode getting steadily more filfthy, she actually looks pretty darn good, although God only knows how hard that was for the continuity guys to deal with.
