Yeah, Gul Dukat. But Weyoun would be second.

It's gotta be Dukat. Weyoun in second and Kai Winn in third.

My first thought was of course to go with Gul Dukat, but after looking at the whole list I just had to go with Weyoun since no number was attached. Dukat does get annoying after a while, as he's supposed to, and Weyoun is always fun to watch.

Well I voted for Weyoun, but the way I see it, he is not the normal bad guy. He was programmed to serve his "gods", the founders and he just behaive like he was programmed.

I liked the jokes in the last episodes where the female founder leader wanted to know how long it would take to set the cloning facilties back on power. Poor Weyoun. ;)

"I've always wondered why it's okay for football fans to go to a football game with their faces painted and sloshing beer around and that's considered old fashioned American fun. Yet someone dressing as a Klingon is considered weird. You don't see Star Trek fans after a convention running through the streets and turning over cars or breaking windows in a drunken haze. Star Trek fans benevolent optimistic and incredibly intelligent."

Gul Dukat, definitely, though Winn Adami was a close second. I thought it was funny that they were together for a little while, they're both perfect for each other.

I'd have to say Gul Dukat. You have to remember that this is the guy who took over DS9 and tried to get into Kira's pants.

^ same here.
Dukat had such evil, such paranoia, such a schizophrenic. I thought Mark Alimo played his character very well.

Michael Eddington!!!!

Although I place him as a good guy. I thought the Maquis were fantastic. They were the only ones smart enough not to take any crap from the Cardassians.

Eddington was great. Always one step ahead of Sisko and starfleet and able to bring the Maquis to their peak right before their untimely slaughter.

He also died a hero.
