Cats. Better vision, better force-jump skills, immune to crash-landing, immune to mind control.

And they don't have an instinctive need to kiss ass.

"What use?" indeed. If you want a pet that kisses ass constantly, you can hire something far more productive off of Craigslist. ;)

I'd prefer spending time with a dog over spending time with a cat. I just can't seem to get cats to like me. Or get myself to really like cats, for that matter. Dogs are different - they seem to like me well enough.

I have had either or both over the years and I have to say now I am a dog-person. I currently have two Beagles and they are my joy.

I need to add this:

The puppy next door is outside, at night, about 10 p.m. here. It's not only dark, but cold and windy. She/he has no puppy house. She/he is on a long rope and is crying and yipping. The owner is not paying attention. I need to get some sleep sometime tonight......

I love animals and this puppy's owner is making my life miserable. I want to sneak into my neighbor's yard, abduct the puppy, and put him/her in my bed for the night so he/she will be warm and safe.

Why do people leave little puppies outside at night in the cold. Cruel. Very cruel. Poor puppy. :sadangel::(

Sounds like animal cruelty. That's a crime. Call the police. If they continue to neglect their pet, it may even go up the ladder to animal control.

That's very cruel. Have you called the police yet?

Well, I love dogs... I have three.
