V'Ger. Looking for daddy, I'll gobble up a few ships along the way and then make a pretty light show.
Khan Noonien Singh. I'm here for revenge. Not much more, but I'll blow you to little bits to make me feel better. :)
Commander Kruge. Give me the weapon! No! Yes! No! Yes!
The Probe. Where're my whale friends? I''ll vaporize the ocean to find them!
"God." I want a starship and a ride out of here. Thank you.
VVV
General Chang. Peace is more of an enemy than my enemies.
^^^
Dr. Tolian Soran. I just wanna live in my little paradise. Granted, I'll blow up a few stars along the way, but who really cares?
The Borg Queen. I want Earth. Again. If you'd said the Borg instead of the Queen, I would have picked First Contact.
Ahdar Ru'afo. I just wanna live forever and kill grampa...
Praetor Shinzon. I will kill the Federation because I feel like it, but I'm really to young to understand what I'm doing.

Yeah, I'm picking Chang.

Though, I think Khan and Dr. Soran both made good enemies too.

How can anyone NOT pick Kahn? He was exiled for 15 years by Kirk, building up his hatred for Kirk every second of the way. Then he finally has the chance to kill him. He doesn't end up killing Kirk, but even worse, Kirk's best friend dies as a result of his actions..

Kahn...no question!

Today is a very important day. - T'Pol, "Twilight"

It took 12 years, but Archer was finally cured and Earth saved because Dr. Phlox never gave up. Today could be our important day to save Star Trek: Enterprise, we don't know. But like Dr. Phlox, we can never give up.

Khan, by far. 15 years of pure hatred, started the whole captain ahab thing, led to Picard's this far, no futther classic speech.

Let's not forget Spock's immortal soul resided with Mc'coy. Spock was found revitalised and was brought to Vulcan for his soul to be again repositioned within him.

The Ceti Alpha eel. Khan wasn't his own man - he had one in his ear too that was controlling everything. Those little buggers were running the whole show through Khan, Terrell and Chekov. One they had the Genesis device they planned to take over the universe.

Kirk foiled their plans, but they returned for a re-match with Picard in the TNG episode "Conspiracy".

General Chang was a great enemy. I'm not saying the the Borg Queen and Khan weren't, I'm just not a big fan of those two movies.
