Vader of course. Although the Emperor is a close second. Maul died far too soon, he had the potential of being a truly great character.

I have to agree about Maul, he was truly impressive but he did go a little too soon. One of the reasons I like Dooku is cause he survived an attack from Anakin/Obi-Wan and Yoda - that's pretty impressive, and returns again in ep III.

Well said. I also like Dooku for that reason as well. It was impressive that he easily disabled Obi-Wan and Anakin so quickly and then fought Yoda- without breaking a sweat! I also liked how he was trash talking Obi-Wan, very reminiscent of Vader doing the same in the original trilogy

"Luke together we can rule the Galaxy as Father and Son"

His appearance just screams evil and with his voice commands respect.

The perfect emoticon for that.

I'm predicting that Vader will get most of the votes.

Anakin rocks though, he had the best taste in women of any sci-fi character, except sheppard in stargate atlantis, but he is sum1 who sleeps around a bit, lol.

It'll prob be between Vader and Maul. The ones that aren't from the films won't do well because not many people know of them.

I think every Sith master is awesome (I liked them before they were popularized by games like KOTOR and The Force Unleashed (if you can call that whiny Starkiller a proper Sith... I mean, if you think about it, he fell to the Light side...)) but I don't think anyone can hold a candle to Vader. He's just a sheer mountain of badass. Okay, Force Unleashed was kind of a bad game, but it just reminded me why Vader was a badass (oh and I should put this in spoilers in case anyone hasn't played yet and would like to):

This dude fought off two Jedi at the same time, one of whom was a Master on the Council, and the other was nearly a Master. And he managed to separate and then kill one of them through a superior tactical handling of the environment. As for his death, I'm sorry, but losing a fight to the same defensive master who can best a beast like a four-armed General Grievous is no shame.
