Metal Gear Solid 4, I loved it. I am such a huge fan of the series and it somehow seemed appropriate to return Liquid as a main antagonist while also giving Ocelot his shot.

I loved how almost every character from the previous MGS games, barring ones who died earlier in the series (with the exception of Big Boss) showed up and the ending between Big Boss and Snake where they accept that they are essentially father and son before Big Boss dies at The Bosses grave, as well as how Snake finally got hi peace, even if it ment he had lost his entire family. The story line was just amazing overall.

Not just that, but the online is brilliant, albeit a bit too similar to CoD 4.

[Apocalypse]

Psychonauts is the funniest game I've ever played.
The best I've played recently is Fallout 3, but I wouldn't call it my favorite...
I know World of Warcraft is in my top five... along with the Half-life 2 games.
