What movie had the best performance from the whole crew/cast?

hmmmm..... I loved Voyage home and first contact. Though I do not know which movie has the best performace from the cast. Since some movies were great, but only a few characters were good in the movie.

Oh and I mean all or most of the cast/crew, because I do know some movies that had really good performances from 3 characters and average from others.

I say First Contact. All of the characters got good parts. Picard and Data are obvious. Geordi: helping Cochrane, Crusher: dealing with Lily, Troi: finding Cochrane, Riker: dealing with Cochrane. Actually, now that I think about it, Worf didn't really get much, aside from his argument with Picard. Other than that, everybody else was good.

Wrath of Khan for sure, Ricardo Montoban was awesome.

nemesis had the best out of the enterprise crew. they all worked together to defeat shinzon and the scimitar and they worked really hard to do so.

It's almost a tie between Voyage Home and First Contact for me. But I think FC wins out just slightly because Sulu got the short end of the stick more than Worf, Crusher, LaForge, or Troi did.

Star Trek II all the way for me.
Had everything in it that I liked about trek.
Think it was right after seeing that one, before III came out Nog and I started drawing out new designs and some specs for ships. Was 32 at last count....wish I could find those sheets. All TOS movie style ships.
Heck..I liked all the original ones to....other than 5. But thats for another thread.

Man, this is hard. One no-brainer is Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan, but there were some really great crew performances also in Star Trek: The Voyage Home, Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country, and Star Trek: First Contact.

well i must say appart from the Motion Picture, the've all been pretty good.

Insurretion for me, it focused on all of the 7 main charicters in some way and really gave the sence of family and team work. Nemesis as another film with good performances from the charicters. as well as The Voyage home and Undiscovered country for the classic crew.

I went with Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home even the argument for Sulu I just thought everyone had something to do and the performances for everyone were great including Sulu's helicopter flight. Star Trek: First Contact was my favorite performance for the crew for the TNG cast through. Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan had super performance from the original three but overall besides Scotty the rest of the crew were used mostly for the story in that film. But it's a great, great film nevertheless.

I've always thought that the acting in The Wrath of Khan was sort of cheesy. Don't get me wrong, though, that's probably my favorite Star Trek movie (along with The Undiscovered Country), and the cheesy acting was part of what did it for me.
