Should not this forum section be called "South Asia" instead of India ? :) There are a bunch of countries making up the region with a similar culture after all.

Well, I reckon "Asia" may be more suitable as we also welcome Trekkies from other parts of Asia posting here, including Northen region such as China, HK, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, etc; Western region such as India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, etc.; and of course the Southen region, including the Asean nations, etc. B)

You know, this seems like an excellent suggestion.

What do the other members of the subforum for India think? Would it work to include the other countries close to India that have those similar cultures such as Sri Lanka and Pakistan?

Perhaps doing this might increase traffic and energy in the subforum. Any comments, people? :unsure: :)

I think "South Asia" is good. it's more inclusive and politically correct. :)

i'm back from my travels

damn trek fans are hard to find in india
there were a handful in bombay and delhi
none in goa or rajasthan

expect a few donations,but they most prob will be small
