A solid B, interesting episode. Nice to see some of the ongoing plot threads coming to their end.

They are going a little strange with the whole wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff. I like a challenging story line but I am going to have to start abusing narcotics to follow these breadcrumbs.

I get worried they are going to get too clever for their own good.

You mean the old series? Yeah, I saw most of it. But personally, I don't think Doctor Who has been consistently good since David Tennant left as the Doctor. But even during the old series, it wasn't constantly great. There were ups and downs, it just seems like more people forgave it at the time than they do now. Same thing for the original Star Trek.
