Happy Birthday, Barb! Thanks for all the help and support - your dedication and genuine interest in what you do are what have fuelled your accomplishments and are a real credit to you!

... and a very happy birthday to you, Richard! I'm not sure if it is appreciated in the States but you are what we call a "quiet achiever" in Oz: the type of person who is more focussed on the work than the laurels. We would not have achieved anywhere near as much without you and I suspect that you will be the equal of any future challenges!~
