Tonight's episode of Smallville was "Icarus". The US government and its citizens have turned against the heroes who have sought to protect them, forcing Clark and the rest of them to go underground. And Carter Hall, aka Hawkman, (played by Michael Shanks) makes the ultimate sacrifice. Colonel Slade Wilson (played by Michael Hogan) also returns. What did you think of it?

New episodes of Smallville return on January 28th.
