I wonder if anyone can help? I use a sony vaio laptop, I don't know whether that makes any difference, but for some reason I can't view the avatars people have on the left side of the posts. They look like a thin horizontal stripe instead of a picture, as though it is severly compressed vertically

I don't remember having the problem with my old desktop!

I would love to get them back!

You might want to try changing the skin to TUv3.1, if that isn't what you are currently using. That solved that problem and some other problems I was having in the new skin. Otherwise, I don't really know. Posted Image

To change the skins there is a box at bottom left side of page. (Just under users online)
It has a drop down menu and just click on a version you want to use.
Hope that helps you.

Oh thanks Bill, I was poking around the board and got distracted. Sorry. Posted Image

Hopefully that will work out for you, Cariyo. Posted Image

Edit-
Oh, I'm not so bad, I thought this post was a couple hours old, the board clock just reset itself 2 hours back on me again. What is the deal with that?

I love how off track our threads get!!

I'm just posting this to see what time it is.

I'm in the 2hrs 2 mins too slow category.

Same here. But I think it's always been off for me, just not that much.

As per avatars and skins, I use the basic IP board skin. The new one is too much for 21st Century Schizoid Phone. I'm not sure what that background is supposed to look like, but to me it's like grey snakeskin. Lags the crap out of my phone, so when I was able I switched to the plain skin.

Kinda related: Has that pic switching issue been resolved? I'd like to switch Ban out for a bad screenshot I took of Phoenix Wright.

Now that you mention it, my clock is two hours and two minutes behind. I think this must be a relatively recent development, because I seem to remember it being accurate not that long ago.

Mine was exactly 2hrs behind and is now 2hrs 3 min behind. You're right ee, it was correct the day before I posted about it. Another funny thing, the e-mail notifications used to be 2hrs off and the board was right, now the time on the e-mail notifications is right and the board is behind. Posted Image Well, it was like that yesterday anyway.
