Hollywood Xpo Debuts for 2010!

Building on the success of Planet Xpo’s highly-regarded shows, Hollywood Xpo debuts at the Hilton Universal (right next to Universal Studios in Hollywood), October 15-17, 2010! Hollywood Xpo is an annual multi-media, popular culture convention focusing on science fiction, fantasy and horror, comics, literature, art, music, film, TV, and on-line entertainment. Hollywood is “Ground Zero” for pop culture and Hollywood Xpo is your chance to see what it’s all about!

Something For Everyone!

And we mean everyone! Whether your interest is science fiction, fantasy, literature, art, music, film, TV, or online entertainment, Hollywood Xpo has something for you, with a multi-track programming schedule that includes onstage Q&A sessions with actors, producers and directors, autograph and photo sessions, costume and talent contests, educational seminars, discussion panels, film festivals, and film studio presentations (get the scoop on your upcoming favorite films!). In addition, we’ll have collectibles, model and art shows, fan club presentations, and kid-friendly events. Learn how to create new media from Hollywood visual effects masters, prop masters, and other behind-the-scenes professionals! Have lunch with iconic stars and be regaled by reminiscences you can’t read anywhere! Hollywood Xpo is the perfect occasion for both fans and professionals to meet, network, absorb, and enjoy!

• The annual Hollywood Pop Culture Award, recognizing lifetime achievement in promoting popular culture;

Like we said, Hollywood Xpo has something for everyone, whether industry professionals or fervent fans! Our own Hollywood Walk of Fame will feature more than 80 stars signing autographs and interacting with you; our huge dealer’s room is chock full of comics, toys, collectibles and art (you never know what treasure you will find)! And if you want to focus on a specific interest, Hollywood Xpo features multi-track programming including Trek Xpo, Game Xpo, Film-TV Xpo, Sci-fi Xpo, Anime, Comic Xpo, Horror Xpo, and Toy Xpo, each of which has plenty to offer its devotees!

Stan Lee, the revolutionary force behind Marvel Comics' Golden Age, will be making a personal appearance for 1 DAY ONLY at Hollywood Xpo, Saturday October 16 2010. Stan “The Man” Lee co-created some of the most legendary characters in comic book history including Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, X-Men, the Avengers, Iron Man, the Hulk, Thor, Daredevil, and many more! Now get a chance to meet Stan up close and personal at Hollywood Xpo.

Stan’s autographings and events will be one of the Signature Events at Hollywood Xpo, and here's your chance not only get to meet Stan the Man, but you’ll get to spend some private time with only him at our VIP events.

Special Guest: Ray Bradbury Joins Hollywood Xpo!

Ray Bradbury, the legendary writer scifi and fantasy writer, will be making a personal appearance for 1 DAY ONLY at Hollywood Xpo, Saturday October 16 2010.

Ray Bradbury is one of those rare individuals whose writing has changed the way people think. His more than five hundred published works -- short stories, novels, plays, screenplays, television scripts, and verse -- exemplify the American imagination at its most creative. Ray's latest film project is RAY BRADBURY'S CHRYSALIS.
