Our good friend Shane Felux finally has his 10 part webseries called "Trenches", coming out on February 16th exclusively on Sony's Crackle.com. I told Shane I would help him promote the series and let you guys know. Shane has previous produced the award winning films, Star Wars: Revelations and Pitching Lucas. The following is a recent LA times article on the project:

You can visit the official Trenches site and see the trailer here:

Please excuse the banner on the top of the forum, my photoshop skills are not as good as others. lol

Trenches got held up because Disney's Stage 9 studios shut down last year, So Sony worked out a deal were they can braodcast it but Disney still holds the rights to it.

An interesting article on web video and Stage 9 can be read here:

Dammit! I always leave things too late! Those links are dead and Crackle doesn't show Trenches on their list of videos.

K

[Later] OK, I see now. It's because I'm Australian. Evidently Crackle doesn't have rights for streaming the videos over seas. Even the YouTube links are dead!

:ranting:

We are NOT amused.

It should be available soon Kirok. I know they are working on it. I've read some out of US people have seen it.
Something on how they get to the site.

I worked as a PA during the production. It was a lot of fun. FYI it was shot in Northern VA and Maryland.
