Some good fantasy and sci-fi book suggestions?

HI Friends,
Well I am a fantasy sci-fi lover and am out of good books to read could you suggest me some good books providing either information or some novels or story books related to the following topics-
Time or time travel
Alchemy
Dragons or dragon riders
Magicians
Fantasy creatures
Elves
or any good book................
Please I really need some good suggestions.
And I have already read
Harry potter series
Ink trilogy
Inheritance trilogy
Bartimaeus trilogy
Lord of the Rings
Hobbit
Dragon Rider
Artemis Fowl
Molly moons
Could you please suggest some more good books............

The discworld series by Terry Pratchett is amazing, plus if you love getting into a series there are about 37 books to sink your teeth into. They can be read out of order but as someone who has done both in order is best. They have great humour in them aswell as magic, witches, trolls, golems, vampires, wearwolves and so on.
Also Doctor who novels are nothing to be sniffed at :P and there are many to choose from if you don't like certain companions or regenerations of the Doctor.
