I looked in on it for some reason the other day and was almost surprised it was still there.

i'm considering writing 50 thousand words of dribble. it probably won't be worth reading but i will try to write it. I just need a starting point. most of my novel ideas tend to be so lofty in their concept that writing them seems too daunting a task, requiring both research and depth.

nonsense. thats like saying you can't draw. drawing is just the art of actually seeing. Once you learn to see it is only a matter of practice.

Writing is just the art of seeing ideas, both ideas of your own and ones you've stolen from the world. You just have to practice expressing them coherently. Everything else is style.

i like Barclay cuz of the actor's theatrical acting style. Also why he was awesome on the A-Team.

but sorely lacking in the shiny sweater department.

i can pretty much draw trees and flowers and that's it. if i draw people they look like stick-figure werewolves.

and i say you are wrong. but i can hardly prove it from a thousand miles away over the internet. people who say they can't draw tend to not bother actually looking at the object they're drawing. they just draw a symbol they pluck from their own brain. (like a stick figure)
