Yikes, can't remember the last time I only had 2GB of RAM...
4GB is my minimum anymore and I use 8GB on my workstation at the office. 
Of course I run a full version of SQL Server on it, along with the complete Visual Studio package, so kind of hard to go with any less.

Yeah I'll technically be at 16 by the end of this year, once I figure out where the hell I put my Gigabyte i-RAM SSD.
