Um... yuck. But I'm not one to talk:

Tonight, I had nasty, overcooked, pretty much plain shrimp. And some plain rice. And some overcooked spinach and sugar snap peas.

I do not believe I have had dinner tonight.

So I will let you decide, those of you who see this post sometime...frozen pizza or bowl of cereal? Or something else that I have in my house?

Had me up to the tofu, then...ya lost me. I have had it, I just really don't like it. Soyburgers, maybe(some brands are almost passable), but tofu is just a big old no here :P

Tomato and cheese omelette sandwich on wheat this morning. Twas tasty.

:( Yea Most of the time I can find some inspiration to cook in the weekend but I have a cold that doesn't go away.
So I just made sure this week I am eating out .. The advantage of having friends and cooking for them is you can turn the tables on them :D

Meatloaf, squash in maple syrup, lima beans and a cumcumber salad. Of course, being Vulcan the meatloaf was vegetarian.

Yesterday I made a spiral smoked ham, baby peas and mushrooms, roasted diced potatoes with onions. And it was very satisfying.

Tonight, I'm in a hotel without a restaurant attached. I had canned chicken noodle soup, a pear, and a granola bar. Woopie.
