Beyond the obvious obsession with Star Trek, I'm a fanatic for Marvel comics, StarGate: SG-1 &amp; Atlantis, Battle Star Galactica (the new one), Star Wars, LOTR, and pretty much anything scifi.<br /><br />Professionally I'm interested in music education, educational psychology, and socio-ethnic studies (especially in musicology).<br /><br />Beyond these you'll just have to ask me. ;)

More guests announced.. For the trek fans Mr. Tim Russ, Tuvok will now be attending. Man this trek line-up is getting huge! Big name for the BSG fans..Edward James Olmos. The line-up is giong to get better and better as we get closer. I'll keep you updated.

Well the ticket office opens at 4pm tomorrow. The festivities start on Friday. I'll be sure to post some pics for you guys next week.

The con was awesome as usual. Unfortunately didn't make it to hardly any trek panels. Did see the deep space nine panel with Michael Dorn, Cirroc Lofton and Avery Brooks. We need a new moderator for the group Eric Watts just doesn't seem to lead the questions along well so the panels are real slow. But I saw the gang from Torchwood, Battlestar Gallactica, Firefly and Stargate. A great time was had and I'm exhausted hopefully giggles got some good pictures, she was going as press so hers will be better than mine anyway.

Paul McGillion (from the 2009 trek movie) and of course Stargate Atlantis
Robert Duncan McNeil
Alan Ruck (from star trek generations and star trek of gods and men) oh yea and he was in that little movie ferris buellers day off as cameron
Dwight Schultz (lt. Barclay)
Garrett Wang
Not a bad list so far.

I am going to Dragon Con this year.

My first Con ever. I am very much looking forward too meeting my favorite actor Paul McGillion there.

As well as attending all the Star Trek and Stargate stuff. Woohoo :P

You will love it. Dragoncon is one of the best conventions especially for your first. Just saw Michael Shanks is coming too.

I know he is going to the Trek convention in Vegas, so we'll have to keep our fingers crossed that he comes to Dragoncon as well.
