For me of course species 8472 because they very danger, they cells can destroy human body, how happen with Hary kim in episode "Scorpion" part two. They even can destroy Borg and this species do not fear assimilation.i mean, what this very strong race in "Star trek" and for me very interesting and strange. They live in fluid space.Interesting know what find in they space, how they live, civil and other aspect they life.I only know on series "VOY" what they have bio ship and big bio station with holographic projection.I vote for this enemy.

I voted for the TNG-era Borg. Not the ones we saw on VOY. I mean the original Borg who did not have a queen and were intent on gathering information and later assimilating Earth.

Hmm... I don't think of Klingons as enemies though in star trek online they are the basic enemy side.

I also find that cloak tech and the treaty that forbade that tech to be used by starfleet to be more of a dishonorable and a rather cowardly nature, allowing the users to escape when it got too hot for them. I would like to know more of Devidians, Hallanans and Undine, though.
