Real easy, Boris. Volunteer in your community to make it a better place(or even better, get a group together to do it). Clean-up projects in town, shopping for elderly or sick people that can't get out, coaching sports, etc. Anything you can think of that would make Skopje a better place. Big thing is you need to give your time freely.
