So, what is, in your opinion, the most boring sport? I added the four most boring ones, but if someone wants to make a suggestion I think the friendly forum moderators will add the poll option...

It is a hard decision, but I would choose cricket, for a few reasons: it is too long, nothing happens, you can play it while sleeping...

Football. In what other game do 4 15-minute quarters add up to 3 hours?

Poker. Way too many damn shows on TV now with it too <_<
Poker, fun game to play, hard to watch. Just like golf, golf is a snoozer except the highlights of Tiger Woods on SportsCentre :P

I didn't vote for Cricket because I forget the rules and never seen it before. :P

Of those listed, baseball. Poker and Rock, Paper, Scissors don't qualify as sports in my judgement. Football is a rather exciting sport if the competing teams are good, especially when there is a strong fanbase (as is the case with college football).

You're missing some other boring sports from you list:
Badminton
Curling
Croquet
Cycling
Discus
Horseshoes
Quarterhorse Racing
Rythmic Gymnastics

Best sport ever: Dwarf Tossing

POKER! I've had it up to here (the stratosphere) with poker on TV. It's fun to play cards, but it makes a terrible spectator sport. Billiards isn't all that exciting, either.

I've never seen cricket, but I have played it (in a lesser form, of course). I think it's fun.

Baseball isn't bad, but I don't watch it often. It is a sport best experienced in person at the ballpark, and then it is much more exciting. B)

And gridiron football is simply the best sport ever. It owns. B)

Yeah, those are pretty boring.

I'm also a big fan of arena football, soccer, and lacrosse.

Yeah, this was the first year I watched soccer. I started to get into it in the spring, but it's the World Cup that really got me into it...even if I did miss most of it. ;)

Nice grammar, by the way. :P

Though that kind of screws with the poll, since then people who vote earlier don't have some of the options...maybe there should've been a "Nominate a Boring Sport" thread before this one.

Done, but only because we're this early in the poll. Any later and it will really screw with the results.
