Hi everyone, I thought I'd open this new thread for our presentation at next years Fedcon in Bonn/Germany. I know that we lost a lot of very capable members and that it probably won't be very easy to set something up for next years Fedcon. Nevertheless do I hope that we can pull something off. Please post your ideas in this topic. Thanks, Inga

I hope I can attend next year since I couldn't be there this year. I'm sure it's gonna be a great event with lots of spectacular guest stars! :)

Sorry about that.

What kind of ideas are you looking for? What should you do to make it better? or something other? For the Fedcon, or something you're doing that is connectet to the Fedcon.

Hi Inga, I haven't registered for FedCon yet, but plan on doing so when I return from my holidays. :)
Count me in to help with whatever we'll be doing. I will try and think of some things, and then post some ideas here.

No problem boris,

well we have to think about a way of decorating our booth for next year. I will upload two of our posters that we had this year. But we have to think about new ones nevertheless. If you have idea for something that could enrich our presentation let us know.

Caro, honey,

nice to see you :D I really hope that you'll be with us again. I got the DVDs you send me :D thanks very much. Can you please PM me your adresse so that I can send the Utopia stuff?

that would be my question to.. I will help no question about it but we do have a small base of people who would be willing and able to man it, might not be able to keep enough people behind the booth.

Think we realy should have a presentation...

I will be back at FedCon this year as well. Not sure how much time I will have to spend at the table.. but my tickets are booked and I am ready to see Germany again.. Maybe setting up a table like you guys did last time. Just have all of the paperwork on the table.. Maybe Richard can set it up where we can have a video loop over and over on a laptop or television.. We need to start getting some recruitment videos out there..

Just a thought.

...Well, Kerstin (Inara) and I had a few ideas about how to promote TU without having to set up a booth again.

What we noticed was that we probably reached more people just by talking to them in queues or while hanging out all over the con area than we had people coming to the club room and actually addressing us at our table.

These are just my 5 cents, of course, but I had the feeling that the response we got at the booth wasn´t quite worth the effort.

Hey folks,

At first - I´ll be at the fedcon, but I don´t know how much time I´ll have to be at a possible table according to other duties in Bonn.

For the preparations and concepts I´ll help wherever I can.

The problem with the booth is, we were setted in the "Clubraum" which was, in Fulda, a little bit next to somewhere at the end of the world. Don´t know how much people will come to the room in Bonn, which is a little more central, I think.

Lioness and my idea was connected to the idea about "Scott for Germany" - Inga what happened with this?

Basically it was something about walking promo teams etc.
