Human-Vulcan Hybrid:
This is the first time a human-vulcan hybrid was ever on Enterprise. Of course, the most famous one is Spock, from the original series, but he wasn't born yet in the year 2155.
Earth Minister:
I'm not sure why, but the leader of Earth was never shown before the episode "Demons".
Colonel Green:
Colonel Green is shown for the first time on a video recording that was made three years after the end of World War III.
Foundations of the Future Federation:
They never said the word "federation", but you know that's what they were talking about when they said "an alliance with other alien species". This two-parter paved the way for the creation of the United Federation of Planets, which exists in all of the other TV shows and movies.
Carl Sagan Memorial on Mars:
One of the Enterprise's shuttlepods flew over it when flying over the surface of Mars. It was a nice touch, don't you think?

I think you might be getting Colonel Green mixed up with Paxton.
Paxton (played by Peter Weller) was the main enemy in the finale, not Colonel Green.

You could also look at it this way: Trip and T'Pol's baby wasn't natural. It was genetically engineered by Paxton's scientists. Spock wasn't.

If history hadn't been corrected, Lorien from 'E2' could've been considered the first human/vulcan hybrid.
I don't recall any line in Star Trek about Spock being the first cross breed. It might have been in the series guidelines but if it don't make the screen, it isn't canon. However, he was mentioned as the first Vulcan to serve in the Federation Starfleet. I can see how his father Sarek would have disapproved of that. In the eyes of Vulcans (especially the older ones), that service was probably still recognized as an organisation run by humans. As more alien races rise among the ranks that view changes over time.
