There are so many wonderful scenes to choose from, as The Wrath of Khan is a masterpiece. My favorite, however, is the conversation between Kirk and Spock in the latter's quarters, during Spock relinquishes command of the Enterprise to Kirk. Although the scene lasts only a short time, it accomplishes several tasks, including Kirk's return to the captain's chair, commencement of the Enterprise's mission to Regula One, and Spock's initial use of the phrase "the needs of the many..."
