Guidelines & Pointers for this forum: Spoilers

Spoiler warnings need to be placed in thread titles if the material has not yet been shown in the country of first air. Spoilers in thread titles are prohibited at all times. All threads are considered "read at your own risk." However, should you discover an unmarked thread with spoiler material, please contact a moderator to determine if the thread title should be amended.

Spoiler tags have been incorporated into the TrekUnited forum software, facilitating the 'hiding' of spoiler material behind a red bar in posts. These spoiler tags aid in the concealing of spoiler material in non-marked threads, and can be revealed by highlighting the covered text with your cursor. All members are encouraged to use the spoiler code if they question whether the material is clear. To use the spoiler code, simply place
before the text you wish to hide, and
after the text.

For Example:

You Type:
This is a spoiler
We show:
This is a spoiler

[Note: I posted this here because fewer people will visit the Stargate forum now that no new episodes are scheduled to air or be produced]. Despite assurances a few weeks ago, my local station is not airing Season Two of "Stargate: Universe". I don't know why yet. If your affiliate is a Cox Communications station, they also might have dropped the show (?). They might have given MGM very little notice. This is very upsetting in view of my efforts to watch the Stargate programs properly and to rewatch all of S1 because of the overwhelming continuity aspects of Universe. If you are getting and recording Season Two, I would be interested in trading for copies of the episodes on a delayed basis. PLEASE MESSAGE ME and I will send you a list of everything I have to trade, including all of S1 except 104, 108, and 105 (the fourth, fifth, and seventh episodes of S1). I prefer the VHS format but would consider privately recorded dvd's. At the Media Mail Rate within the US a pound of stuff may be sent for about $1.50. I'm not interested in borrowing the commercial dvd's because then I could only watch them on one occasion, not as if I were experiencing a season and could retain episodes for reference.
